having breakfast on a sundaymorning with extremely irritating sort of nervous jazz"muzak": the first time that i experienced that.and not enough people at the breakfast: no cookpeople during 30 minutes for baking the eggs....: first time after several visits that i see this mistakes. parking: their is one garage but my car (full of material for a market) stayed outside without warning me, not funny

The wifi was excellent, the restaurant was beautiful for dinner, and we enjoyed delicious dishes there; also, there was a library bar to relax in.

Uncomfortable mattresses

It was a lovely room and the location was very good for access to the UBahn and the SBahn. Also very accessible to the lake and the shopping streets.The bar staff were also exceptional and made us feel very welcome .

We had a little problem with things promised in our reservation which were not in the room but all was resolved to our satisfaction ultimately . It took a bit too much of our time and effort to accomplish this however.

Convenient location in the city center surrounded by impressive buildings in a busy area. There's a restaurant on-site 🍽️.

Great location for access to city centre and transport links. Hotel staff very helpful. Spacious, comfortable room - very calm, quiet and relaxing. Loved the spa area. Thoroughly enjoyed our city break there.

This spot offers an amazing breakfast with delicious pancakes and is situated just a stone's throw away from a concert hall and various dining options, making the location superb.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel location is good, only a short distance to both the city center and to the waterfront. The bed is extremely comfortable (and they offer to remove the extra soft topping for people who do not enjoy that).

The breakfast is far too expensive with no cheaper option, however, there are several Bäckerei within just a couple of blocks. One of the staff members gave us bad directions on the map, so we spent a few hours being lost.

The hotel had a great view of a nearby opera house. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing earplugs and USB plugs when needed. However, overall, the hotel fell short of expectations and did not provide a satisfactory experience.

Rooms were not properly cleaned, with trash not being emptied and towels not being provided. The housekeeping staff was unresponsive to requests for assistance.

Excellent hotel but you pay for that. Walking distance to almost everything and trains are close by.

Helpful service with private parking available onsite. Brilliant location near cafés and restaurants.
